Remove Learning Enrollment access from Employee

Summary:

Hi,

As per the business requirement, we need to control learning enrollments from employee by restricting access from security.

This will prevent employees from enrolling in any courses. Is there any specific privilege or role currently being used to manage access to learning enrollments?

If we cannot control via security, are there any steps we can follow to hide or remove the 'Enroll' button from both the Course and Offering levels on the Employee screen?
