Need Streamline Product Creation and Product Assignment Workflow to Avoid Duplication

Summary:

Our users are facing challenges with the current process of creating products. They want to be able to type in the product details directly in the opportunity revenue line, but the system rightfully restricts this to prevent duplicates. As a result, products must first be created under Sales > Products, then manually assigned to the appropriate product group, and finally, added to the product reference in the access group, all of this our Account Managers are not allowed to do, rightfully.

This process is time-consuming and inefficient. We request the development of a workflow that simplifies this process, ensuring products are automatically linked to their corresponding product groups and access groups to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
