To align From Date on Talent ratings with Review period
Hi,
After completion of Performance document, ratings will update in Talent ratings. From date in Talent ratings will get displayed when the performance document is completed. But can we align with Review period start and end dates, instead of performance completion date?
The end date is maintained automatically. When a latest talent rating from the same source is updated for the person, the old record is end dated one day prior to the start date of the new record.
Any help would be appreciated, Thank you in advance.
