    • Create Settlement Batch is not generating any file

    Summary:

    I tried to create a transaction and ran the Create Receipt Remittance batch and after that run Create Settlement Batch,
    But after the Create Settlement Batch process, it is successful in Scheduled Process side, but in the log there is an error generated


    "IBY-825212</NUMBER><TEXT>There are no transactions available to be included in the settlement batch.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>"

    and also when I checked in the funds capture process the Settlement Batch is failed with status "Failed due to communication error"
