    Hello everyone,

    We have integrated the live agent with WhatsApp in Oracle B2C, and we are exploring whether it's possible for customers and live agents to make video calls with each other—specifically, if customers can initiate a video call with the live agent on WhatsApp and vice versa. we would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions about video chat or video call.
