Streamlining UTM Tracking for Email Campaigns with Multiple Lists
Hi Everyone,
For our email campaigns, we typically use two separate lists: one built from our existing Eloqua database and another imported from an external system. The team wants to track the performance of these lists from email KPIs through to conversions and opportunities in Salesforce.
Currently, I create two versions of each email with unique UTM parameters for each list to enable reporting in Salesforce. However, cloning emails and only changing the UTM parameters is a tedious process.
Has anyone else encountered this use case? If so, do you have any workarounds or better solutions?
Essentially, I'm looking for a way to dynamically pass UTM parameter values based on the lead's originating Eloqua segment (Eloqua database vs. external system).
