There is an error with sourceCd parameter in Helpdesk Skill 25A

edited Jan 21, 2025 10:24PM in Digital Assistant 1 comment

Hi,

We are doing some testing with the latest update of the ODA for 25A, upon testing we saw 2 issues:
1. Create a ticket > add description > add category > submit > ODA respond with error "Oops!…..". Below is the diagnostic log turns out the user doesn't have a role for creating a ticket. Our question is, Is it correct that the user can still enter the flow of "Create a ticket" and didn't get the permission error response?

2. Still using the "Create a ticket" flow with the correct role. In the new update we saw a new parameter "SourceCd" and been added to the body, after submitting the request, we encountered another error (Below is the log), there is an issue with the source code being invalid. We tried to remove it and it works. Our question is, Is it ok to just remove it or do we need this field? On the 24.10 version of the skill, we didn't have this problem.

Howdy, Stranger!
