Redwood - Non Catalog Request - Can we add hide the attachment URL field

Summary: 2 question regarding Non Catalog Request Attachment

  1. can we hide the "URL" and "Add URL"? we don't want people to attach and URL
  2. Can we add an attachment Description field? In the standard screen we have an attachment Description field. in redwood there is not an attachment Description field.
