Add special handling post creation of Requisition

Is it possible to add Special Handling for returned or rejected Requisition?

Our requesters sometimes forget to pick the "Special Handling Request" option. When this happens, we have built some approval rules to autoreject the requisition to avoid that they are sent to Procurement for processing. (based on amount threshold and absence of special handling). It works fine.

Our issue or question is how a Requester can pick up a Requisition that was rejected (or returned), edit and add the Special Handling attributes missing? Is it possible?
