How to setup email subject for different dunning letters

Summary:

When we are sending different dunning letters like Soft Dunning and Hard Dunning, we want different email subject to it.

Currently in the IEX_DEFAULT_EMAIL_SUBJECT we can set email subject only once, however is there any way where we can set email subject different for Soft Dunnings and different for Hard Dunnings.
