Compensation Items inserted in descriptive text tab under Compensation Categories are blank
Summary:
When we generate a statement, the inserted compensation items in the descriptive text do not appear. (This compensation category is Time-Off, and the table, supplemental information are disabled, leaving only the descriptive text enabled.)
So, we tested possible solutions to make the compensation items appear. We created another category called "Test1" where the table is enabled, and all the compensation items inserted in the descriptive text are listed in the rows. When we generated the statement, the compensation items in the descriptive text appeared.
The problem is, we don't need the Test1 category, but we can't remove it because the compensation items won't appear without it.
