How to make the change order performed on Purchase Order also reflect on Purchase Requisition?

Summary:

Hello,
I have created a Purchase Requisition and the Purchase Order has been automatically created. I did a Change Order on the PR and the pending change order could be seen at PO level.

A buyer action was triggered and it has been successfully submitted by the buyer.
When the final change order has been approved, the change could be seen only at PO level.

Is there a way to have the change visible at both PO and PR level so that the data in the two documents are the same?
