Payment Method Alias value is not editable in some environments, what's required to make it editable

Hi CCC-community,

to use the preseeded ISO20022 CGI and SEPA formats I need to set the "Alias"-value to "TRF" for the seeded Payment Method "Electronic". When I reviewed that Payment Method I found the Alias field is not editable except in one environment.

Did someone experience the same or can tell how to make that Alias field editable in Oracle Cloud? I found this morning I'm able to edit and save but my user access and roles didn't change and we don't know what's driving this access to reproduce to all environments.
