Release Pause Rule is not working through rest api payload

Summary:

Hi

We have created one pause rule with release rule defined. Condition to release the pause is based upon the EFF Updated Value.

When we are passing the EFF value through the rest api payload, order creates the revision but pause rule is under waiting status and not release. however, if we update the EFF through UI by doing the revision then pause is getting released.

Our requirement is to release the Pause based through the rest api services.
