The Deliver-to Location isn't valid in PR and PO

Summary:

Hi

We have 1 BU as the requisitioning BU and procurement BU. We have set the location like this:

For 1 location, is related to 1 inventory organization and we have set the IO like this:

This is the default deliver to organization in the configure procurement business function:

In Enter requisition line in PR, all of locations are available, like this:

PR	Line	Item	Deliver to Location
PR001	1	A	X
PR001	2	A	Y
PR001	3	A	X

But when we process into PO, the inventory organization is wrong, like this:
