Do we require OIC license enabled for cloud Mexico Localization functionality

Client needs Oracle Mexico localization support but currently does not have OIC licenses while they have legacy integration platform. So we wanted to know if we should recommend OIC licenses to client in this regard. Can you please specify which Mexico Localizations (as part of LACLS) will not be available without OIC integrations.

Also if customer demands that they need to use legacy integration platform for all localization requirements then can Oracle confirm the same can be achieved with ERP Cloud service license (without OIC license).

Main Localization requirements for our client are as below

  1. e-Accounting (all the 3 reports)
  2. e-Invoicing (AP Invoice validation purpose only, AR invoice reporting not in scope)
