Escalate to Case Action - Stripe Code error
Summary:
Customer wants to implement case management, while keeping Helpdesk as the entry point. For cases the stripe we are going to use is CRM as we do not want to use the same Queue and Category Setup as HRHD. With this if we try to use Escalate to Case the strip is automatically selected to that of HRHD as the object in context is HRHD request. Is there a work around to allow setting the stripe code while using the action plan action?
