ORA-01719: outer join operator (+) not allowed in operand of OR or IN with payroll report
Hi,
The environment was recently upgraded to version 24D. Following this upgrade, the payroll report started encountering the attached error during execution (ORA-01719: outer join operator (+) not allowed in operand of OR or IN).
Prior to the upgrade, the report was functioning without any issues.
The error was encountered in multiple BIP custom reports, including one linked to Payroll used for downstream integrations and payroll processing in 3rd party systems. This is creating huge business impact as linked to payroll and other areas in downstream systems.
