Anniversary WFC Plan where eligible population going to be different for different cycle.

There is a requirement that we need to configure anniversary WFC plan with monthly cycle dates.

For each cycle eligible population going to be different. They have enabled a DFF (PER_ASG_DF) field on assignment page that's a date field and free enterable field (Not auto populated). We need to pull eligible population for each cycle based on this date field.

Let's take for 'Jan cycle', to which and all assignments having date on this DFF field falls in January month should be eligible to this plan. for example, an assignment having DFF date as Jan/13/2027 should be eligible to Jan Cycle. Similarly, which all assignments DFF date falls in February month should be eligible to 'Feb Cycle' and rest other population should show as ineligible in the respective cycles.
