OCI: Error Unpacking RPM Package setup-2.x.x-x.noarch

Symptoms:

yum(1) update fails with the following message:

  Verifying  : setup-2.x.x-x.elx.noarch                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Failed:

  setup-2.x.x-x.elx.noarch

Cause:

Trellix (formerly McAfee) Endpoint Security prevents the installation of some packages(kernel, setup, and so forth) when updating the system.

Solution:

• Run the update after disabling Trellix (formerly McAfee) Endpoint Security.
• Contact the vendor or check product documentation for any question about the Trellix (formerly McAfee) Endpoint Security product itself.

Note that in some cases only disabling Trellix (formerly McAfee) Endpoint Security will not work. So, in that scenario, you need to uninstall/remove the McAfee package.
