Is it possible to send a future salary notification for Grade Step progression?

Hello experts,

We are running the Run Grade Step Progression process to automatically advance employees who have already reached one year in their current grade step.

Is it possible to send email notifications to both managers and employees informing them of a future change in the employee's salary?

For example, Employee 1 will have their grade step progression in February, but we are running the Grade Step Progression process now in January to create the future action record. Is it possible to send the email notification as soon as we run the process, even though the progression will take place in February?
