Fusion Financials Change Legal Employer

Hello,

We are using Fusion Financials and Expenses but NOT HCM. If we create a user account, how do we change the legal employer against that user account? If we have HCM would could update it no worries but for those that does use it, how do you go about it. For our users once we pick the employer the field becomes 'greyed out' and no longer usable.
