Ability to restrict activity drag and drop on dispatch console based on a custom property value

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we need to restrict the Move of certain activities based on a custom property. The custom property can have values of either "Parent" or "Child." We want to prevent users from moving activities with value the "Child".

While we know we can manage this restriction for the move button using visibility conditions, we're wondering if there's a way to also restrict drag-and-drop functionality from the dispatch console for this case.

If anyone has encountered a similar requirement or has any insights on how to achieve this, we would greatly appreciate your help. Any suggestions would be valuable.
