How to configure default Columns applied and displayed to all users in HR helpdesk landing page (List of SR page)?

Overview:

We have added some columns in the HR Helpdesk Landing Page via Sandbox > Application Composer > Pages > HR Helpdesk Landing Page. The client wanted to set a default columns applied and displayed in all users based on the selected columns they provided. Is this possible in Classic Helpdesk?

Hope someone is able to confirm if this is possible or not.
