Unable to login into Oracle Cloud after password reset

Summary:

I am unable to login into my Oracle Cloud, even after password resets.
It's been over a week now and email as well as live chat support where unable to help me.

About a week ago I was unable to login into my server running on Oracle Cloud.
Initially it became unreachable and now isn't accepting my SSH key anymore.
To check out what is going on I wanted to login into my Oracle Cloud account and couldn't login anymore.

Since then, I confirmed my tenancy and username.
I also do have access to my 2FA codes and I do still have the backup codes, but I am not even asked to enter them.
