How to display column label values dynamically in a Matrix report using BI Publisher

Hi,

We have a Matrix report requirement using BI Publisher where we need to bring across the row and column label values dynamically (as values are not constant) as per the below format. 
At present, we are able to bring only the row label values dynamically and the column labels are being hardcoded and then data is being fetched based on these row and column label values.
We have also tried creating the pivot table in the RTF template to achieve the above requirement, however, with pivot, we are able to bring across the values dynamically but unable to achieve the formatting as per the attached screenshot.
