Add Country specific attachment info in text using “User Interface Text”

Hi Team,

We are working on Next Generation User Experience for Supplier Self-Service Registration in our lower instance and we have following requirement -

We need to Add Country specific attachment info in text on the company details page, for an eg. if supplier selects USA in country then below text should pop up -

"Please attach W9".

If user selects Canada then below text should pop up -

"Company registration certificate"

We found 1 instruction wherein it is mentioned that it is possible using User Interface Text. Please see below attached images for the reference.

We want to know can we change the text depending on the country selection or will it be static, means user can select any country but the text will remain the same ?
