Hi,

We have recently integrated ODA with MS teams. Whenever I try to access a skill (expense assistant skill) that requires an authentication to PeopleSoft application, I keep getting the error "Oops I'm encountering a spot of trouble. Please try again later...".

However, it works fine for other users in the same teams channel.

Does anyone know why only a specific user encounters the above error while the others were able to use it without any issues even though everyone is using the same DA and skill?

It used to work previously, but stopped working since yesterday.
