Default Requisition Type based on logged in user role when creating job requisition

Summary:

We have built ACR rule logic that checks the logged in user role and based on that defaults - recruiting type, organization and requisition type.

We are able to default recruiting type and organization but not requisition type. We used the attribute 'Requisition Type' in logic and checked as per below document that it stores the flag - PIPELINE_REQUISITION_FLAG so used the value Y for the condition.
