Probation Period default based on People Group

Summary:

We want Probation Period to be defaulted based on People Group

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

If People Group is 'X' then we want Probation Period to be defaulted to 3 Months. But If People Group is not equal to 'X' then it should be 1 Hours.

And further to it the Probation Period End Date should automatically populate based on Probation Period and Probation Unit default.
