Not able to update the Platform Version of the skill

I am not able to update the platform version of the HCM skill. I tried following the documentation, where we need to click on the 3 dots and click on Version. However for me the platform version seems to be greyed out and I can only update the "Base Skill Version". I have attached few screenshots for the same.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
