ICP notification does not open document of records attachment
Summary:
Dear Team,
We have created a custom HR Specialist role. However, when the HR Specialist receives an ICP notification for approval, clicking on the attachment (DOR) opens a blank window, and no details are visible.
To troubleshoot, I added the Line Manager role to the user. With this role, the HR Specialist could view the attachment in the notification. I then compared the application roles of both and added any missing privileges or roles related to the DOR to the custom HR Specialist role. Despite this, the HR Specialist is still unable to view the attachment.
Could anyone assist with resolving this issue?
