Assistance Required: "Hierarchy Type" Option Disabled for Entity Dimension in PreProd and Prod

Hello All,

Description:
We are encountering an issue where the "Hierarchy Type" option for the Entity dimension is grayed out and unavailable for modification.

Expected Behavior:
The "Hierarchy Type" field should allow us to select either 'Dynamic' or 'Multiple'.

Issue Observed:

• The field is disabled, and we are unable to change its value.
• This behavior is consistent across multiple instances.
