Financial Reporting Center reports not showing in search

Hello,

We are having an issue with reports showing in FRC. When a user searches for a report in FRC they return no results, but if the user navigates to the BI Catalog reports are visible. We've found that this seems to be occurring with New Reports or Reports that a new user has not previously accessed.

 

We have;

verified users have access to the report

asked users try different browsers and clear browser cache.

cleared cache in BI.

run Create General Ledger Balances Cube

Looking for ideas on what we might be able to try to resolve this.
