Hiring Manger Change Automatically in Job Offer

Hi All,

We have an issue with job offer. The hiring manager mentioned in job requisition is getting automatically changed in job offer in offerteam section while creating the job offer for the candidate.

Any idea which factors are driving to automatically update the hiring manager in job offer in compare to job requisition.Or any where in job offer can we see the historical changes made.
