Oracle EPM SmartView pulling backend 16 digit numbers instead of members from Fusion ERP

When we tried to login into Oracle Fusion ERP through SmartView and perform adhoc analysis, we encountered an issue having 16 digit numbers instead of member names/Alias. We tried flipping the Alias and Member Name and checked a few SmartView options but nothing helped. Not sure what to do.
