Export all the files uploaded on Photo field of Contact and Account entity

Hi Community!

I need to export all the files uploaded to the Photo field of the Contact and Account entities. I tried to use the native export of Contact object on which I enabled attachment export features but the photos are not exported (the files present on the contact's attachment entity are correctly exported).

Is this mass photo export feature available on OSC?
