Account Terminated without warning

Hello,

I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding the sudden termination of my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Free Tier account.

Recently, my account was terminated without any prior warning, explanation, or notification. I reached out to Oracle Support, and they responded with the following statement:

"As previously mentioned, your account has been terminated, and we are unable to provide additional information or reactivate it. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation."

I have always made a concerted effort to operate within the Free Tier limits and follow Oracle's terms of service. To my knowledge, I have not violated any policies. The abrupt nature of this termination has left me both confused and concerned, particularly because I have important data stored on my instance that I now cannot access.
