How can we manually or mass upload emails to give credit for course completion. OLC.

Summary:

We have created an ILT session. We have also created a report to assign the managers automatically but we want to create a mass email notificaiton to send the learners on completion for the course. Is there any possible way to solve this issue. Please respond ASAP. Its urgent.
