"Dear Valued Client,


At Sterling, we are constantly evolving our systems to deliver on our commitment of providing clients with advanced, technology-enabled services. Starting on February 1, 2025, we will be implementing an infrastructure upgrade to the Sterling API designed to optimize service delivery, enhance security, reduce latency, and enhance the overall user experience.
Action May Be Required
Starting on February 1, 2025, the infrastructure upgrade will be automatically applied to the Sterling API. To avoid service disruptions, prior to February 1, please review the following with your IT department:


• Server Name Indication (SNI): Confirm that your system supports SNI for custom SSL/TLS certificates.
