Receiving AP_INVALID_SWEEP_PERIOD error when running Payables Unaccounted Transaction and Sweep

Summary:

When running Payables Unaccounted Transaction and Sweep Report in Sweep mode and using From Date and To Date as parameters, then sweep now = Yes, and including To Period, error of AP_INVALID_SWEEP_PERIOD is being returned in the log. Both the target Payables and GL period were open.

I reviewed Doc ID 2102279.1. Based on my review, both the target Payables and GL period were open. Is there something else that could be causing this?
