I am able to highlight the travel authority that I want to delete and status of the TA is in 'Pending Approval' but when client click on withdraw option, it is not responding(withdraw is not happening)

when I select withdraw it doesn’t perform any (action) anything in the TL. Please let me know why there is no action performed on the TL
