Records beyond 500 cannot be accessed.

Regardless if we use pagination, limits and offset, we cannot access anything beyond record 500. We know there are more, because we have seen them on the website and cannot find them via the API. I have seen a similar bug on multiple questions, but have not seen any workaround or solution that actually works. I would like to reiterate that offset an limits do NOT work.
