Ability to view DFFs if we move the location of them on the requisition

We currently have a set of questions that we ask using the DFF fields at the header level of a requisition. When we make the transition over to RSSP we are planning to move those DFF questions to our smart form ( have them asked at the line level). We realized that if we move these DFF's from the header to the line level we lose any historical data from the classic module to RSSP. Is there a way for us to view the information that was input into these DFF fields before we made the update and switch over
