OIC Mapper does not handle non-ASCII7 characters in elememt names well

The mapper in OIC does not handle element names from JSON or XML that contain accented characters.

Our schema has an element that is called AktørNummer. In the mapper, this gets displayed as Akt R Nummer.

The ø got replaced with a space.
