Succession Organization Chart

When the user navigates to the succession Org chart the page shows a message about: Not permisions for assign

But when it search a person using the search field it shows the Org chart employees as it should be

So, the client is worried about the first message, they think the users will land in this page and see the "not enough permissions message" and leave the page and not use it. So the question is: Is it possible to override or eliminate the message and directly sees the Org Chart?
