Standard operation and resources redwood page are not automatically logged into your organization

After 24 D, we selected redwood UI page for create standard operation and resources. But the pages work so bad.

Every time you log into Oracle, the maintenance management homepage is already defaulting my org. And yet when I open create resource or create standard operation page, it's undefined.

In standard operation page, if the org is not showed, there's no data shown.

User has to go out of redwood page, click on home page, go back to supply chain execution, Maintenance Management, and then click on change organization, select the organization they already showed, and then go back to manage standard operation or manage resources.
