Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Customer,

Effective February 3, 2025, OCI Identity will change the Default Email Sender Address used to send password reset emails. The address will change from "no-reply@oracle.com" to "no-reply@identity.oci.oraclecloud.com".

To continue receiving email notifications from OCI IAM without interruption, please add the new email sender address to your list of allowed senders.

This change ensures granular control over email domains and is aligned better with the evolving standards for securing public mailbox provider domain. If you have any questions or require support during this transition, please contact
