Team leaders are able to see ALL workers when adding members to a Talent Pool?
Summary:
When a Team Leader follows the navigation: My Client Groups » Talent Pools » Click on a Talent Pool > Add members OR My Team » Quick Actions » Add to Talent Pool. They are able to add ANY worker, this list is not being refined by the data security policies we have in place.
This answer states this field uses the Public Person Security, (how to restrict the search bar for add member to a talent pool — Cloud Customer Connect). However, this is not working as intended as when logging in as a Team Leader with only 4 direct reports, they are able to search and select any workers from the business.
