Is it possible to allow team leaders to add members to a Talent Pool, but W/O giving edit access?

Summary:

Part of our business requirements for implementing Talent Pools is to be able to give Team Leaders the access and ability to view and manage candidates.

We have currently provisioned the HRM_MANAGE_TALENT_POOL_PRIV (Manage Talent Pool) privilege and HRM_IDENTIFY_TALENT_POOL_MEMBERS_AND_ASSIGN_GOALS_PRIV (Access Talent Pool Overview) to the Line Manager role.

This works as intended where they can view (My Client Groups » Talent Pools page) Talent Pools they have access to.

However, we do NOT want them to be able to manage or edit the details of Talent Pools, we only want them to be able to view and manage the candidates.
